How the math works
Demand: daily velocity = Units Sold L30D ÷ 30   demand = ceil(velocity × days × (1 + buffer%))
FBA Position: FBA Available + FBA Inbound (Working+Shipped+Receiving). AWD's "Outbound to FBA" is already inside FBA Inbound — not double-counted.
AWD Backup: AWD Available + AWD Inbound to AWD.
FBA Repl trigger: (currently OOS OR FBA Position < FBA demand) AND AWD Backup = 0.
FBA Repl qty: ceil-to-case((FBA demand − FBA Position)).
AWD Repl qty: ceil-to-case(max(0, AWD demand − FBA Position − AWD Backup − FBA Repl qty)).
